Keith Gordon, Of Counsel, focuses his practice on green and sustainable product development, utility-scale renewable energy project developments, outside in-house counsel services, and corporate and small business planning.
In addition to his experience in sustainable technology, renewable energy project development and clean technologies, Keith has significant real estate development experience having worked both in-house for two national corporations as a real estate manager and also previously as a commercial real estate broker. In these roles, he oversaw site selection, contract negotiations, franchising, and licensing across the United States having represented clients or employers in forty states.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Wichita State University and a J.D. Degree from Stetson University College of Law in May of 2003, where he graduated cum laude and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity.
Keith is a licensed attorney in Tennessee and is a LEED AP, an accreditation indicating proficiency in green and sustainable development by the Green Building Certification Institute. Keith is a Member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Tennessee Renewable Energy & Economic Development Council, and the U.S. Green Building Council – Middle Tennessee Chapter.

•Structured and drafted documents, completed due diligence requirements for the first Solar Roofs program project built in the United States under the German Energy Agency program grant;
•Drafting, negotiations, and on-going compliance maintenance for various Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, Power Purchase Agreements, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Agreements.
