Project Development Practice Group

CLP represents developers on all aspects of project development on almost all renewable energy technologies (including, solar, wind, geothermal, biogas, energy storage, and energy efficiency) both nationally and internationally.  We routinely perform feasibility assessments and title work, land lease and purchase documents, permitting (including environmental and land use permitting), Power Purchase Agreements (both physical and synthetic), interconnection, and, in states with community renewables, net metering credit purchase agreements.  We are presently representing a national developer on development matters for projects across the country, with a growing emphasis on community solar.
